Company History |
Food For Thought Catering has been the leader in business and corporate catering
throughout the East Bay for the last 12 years. It began with a dream (actually, a
real dream) that nutritional meals could be served daily to offices that enlightened
our customer’s palates while protecting their paycheck. The response was overwhelming
and the dream manifested itself over the years to the current day as the recognized premiere lunch
catering company in the East Bay. Having served over 2,000,000 lunches, our experience
is unequaled and is displayed in our great children‘s programs.
Our team is led
by Head Chef Regg McClanahan, heralded as one of the top chefs in the Bay Area.
Regg has owned and operated several restaurants in the past and has been with Food
For Thought for 5 years. He has two young daughters and a wife who can attest to
the quality of his cooking, and are his most discerning critics. Regg is assisted
by Chef Amy Donis, who also is a licensed nutritional specialist. Amy has provided
great input into Food for Thought Kids Catering since she has been with us beginning
in September, 2004. Both chefs are professionally trained at the California Culinary
Academy and hold Le Condon Bleu certificates.
